| A | The price of our silver is determined by our management. Instead of following hourly and daily price fluctuations we watch for the trends and price our silver accordingly. |
| Q | Who mints your silver? |
| A | First Majestic silver bullion products are minted by two separate mints: Northwest Territorial Mint and Monarch Precious Metals. |
| Q | Where does the silver come from? |
| A | First Majestic's silver is mined in Mexico at one of our three silver mines: La Encantada, La Parrilla or San Martin. |
| Q | How do I know that my silver is real? |
| A | All First Majestic silver products are marked for their purity (0.999) and weight (troy oz). Each silver product comes with a Certificate of Authenticity from the mint. |
| Q | Why am I limited to 300 oz per month? |
| A | First Majestic is committed to providing quality silver bullion at competitive prices to our shareholders and the general public. Rather than sell our silver products to a few large buyers, we aim to have silver available for as many buyers as possible, necessitating monthly limits. |
| Q | Do you ship to my country? |
| A | First Majestic ships within North America and to most parts of the world where customs laws permit. |
| Q | When will my order ship? |
| A | Orders typically ship within 2 to 3 business days following receipt of payment. A shipping confirmation email is sent to you as soon as your order is shipped, containing a tracking number to follow the progress of your package. | Q | Are there duties or taxes on my order? |
| A | No duty or taxes are applicable within North America; internationally, customs fees and VAT may apply.
