Terms and Conditions
Pricing -- Pricing is in US dollars and is determined by the Company on a daily basis. The price per ounce is posted in yellow at the top of this page and may be subject to change due to the current volitility. Once your order is accepted the invoice emailed to you will remain valid for acceptance by you for 2 days, after which time, if not signed and returned to the Company, will become null and void.
Payment Terms -- Unless otherwise agreed to by both parties in writing, full payment is required before shipping. Amounts not paid (received) within 2 days from the invoice date may be re-priced at the discretion of First Majestic.
Shipping -- We ship throughout North America and most other countries where laws permit. Shipping and insurance costs are included in invoice total. Customers may choose between Canada Post service (6-12 business days), or an express courier service (1-2 business days). Pro-forma invoices will be returned via email or fax to allow confirmation of final pricing.
Returns -- All sales are final.
