Keith Neumeyer
President & CEO

Mr. Neumeyer has worked in the investment community since 1984. He began his career at a number of Canadian national brokerage firms. Mr. Neumeyer moved on to work with several publicly-traded companies in the resource and high technology sectors. His roles have included senior management positions and directorships responsible in areas of finance, business development, strategic planning and corporate restructuring. Mr. Neumeyer was the original and founding President of First Quantum Minerals Ltd. (T-FM). Mr. Neumeyer founded First Majestic Silver in 2002 and First Mining Gold in 2015. Mr. Neumeyer has also listed a number of companies on the Toronto Stock Exchange and as such has extensive experience dealing with the financial, regulatory, legal and accounting issues that are relevant in the investment community. Mr. Neumeyer also won the E&Y Entrepreneur of the Year Award in 2011 for the Metals & Mining category.

Steve Holmes
Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Holmes is a mining engineer with over 35 years of experience and is responsible for overseeing all operational functions of the Company's silver mines and projects. Prior to joining First Majestic, Mr. Holmes held the position of Vice President, Joint Venture Portfolio at Barrick Gold Corporation, a global gold mining company, and was responsible for overseeing Barrick’s interest in their Global Joint Venture operations and projects. He previously served as the COO for KGHM International, Operations Vice President at the Sierra Gorda copper mine in Chile and has acted in general management roles at Asarco, the Mine Technology Group, Chino Mines Company and Freeport-McMoRan.

David Soares   CA, CPA
Chief Financial Officer

David Soares serves as Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Mr. Soares has over 15 years of finance and management experience reflecting progressively senior leadership roles with multinational mining companies, including Xstrata, Glencore and Barrick. Prior to joining First Majetic Silver, Mr. Soares served as Chief Financial Officer of Kirkland Lake Gold, one of the top performing senior gold producers during its time which culminated with the merger of equals transaction with Agnico Eagle Mines. He has international governance experience having served as a director of national level organizations representing industry and the private sector. Mr. Soares holds a Chartered Professional Accountant designation (CPA, CA) from the Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario, a ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors, a Master of Business Administration from the Ivey Business School, and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Toronto.

Connie Lillico   B.A.
Corporate Secretary

Ms. Lillico has worked in public company management and administration since 2000. Ms. Lillico was previously the Corporate Secretary of several publicly-traded mining and oil & gas companies for three years, prior to which she was a Paralegal with a publicly traded software company for 2 1/2 years. Prior to her industry experience, Ms. Lillico worked in corporate and securities law as a Paralegal with a large national legal firm for eight years. Ms. Lillico has a Bachelor of Arts.

Sophie Hsia   LL.B., B.C.L., LL.M.
General Counsel

Ms. Hsia (prounced "Shaw") has been a practising lawyer since 2002. Prior to joining First Majestic Silver, Ms. Hsia was General Counsel and Vice President Risk at Imperial Metals Corporation, a Canadian public mining company.  During Ms. Hsia's tenure at Imperial, she succesfully managed the legal and risk portfolios responding to the subsurface failure of the perimeter embankment at Imperial's Mount Polley mine, including a signficant settlement from Imperial's lawsuit against its tailings dam design engineers.  Ms. Hsia has previously worked for leading international law firms in Toronto, Calgary and Vancouver and has a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Civil Law from McGill University and a Master of Laws from George Washington University.
